Every apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. Furniture, kitchen equipment, bed linen and towels are provided. The laundry room and, where available, the garden are shared with other residents.
Heating, water, electricity and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. Each listing shows the monthly price; group apartments are clearly marked with a price per room and a minimum group size.
Stay from one month, with the minimum term shown for each apartment. Stays of one to three weeks may be possible on request with a surcharge. We confirm your dates and rental terms personally by email.
Choose Villa Magnolia at Tellstrasse 18 on Rosenberg, or Unterstrasse 59 near the city centre. Apartment pages show the address, map and walking times to the main station and HSG. Appenzell apartments are listed separately below.
One-off fees: final cleaning (indicative CHF 90–150) and a CHF 150 onboarding fee for stays under four months. A refundable deposit is also required. Rubbish bags, laundry, optional parking and any applicable tourist tax or Serafe charge are extra. You receive the full terms before signing.

Please let us know by email or via the enquiry form which apartment you are interested in, your preferred start date, the length of your stay and how many people would be staying.
We will review your enquiry and, if the apartment is available, send you the relevant information and rental terms. Your enquiry and the information we provide are non-binding for both parties and do not establish a tenancy.
Once the essential terms have been agreed in principle, you will receive a short-term rental agreement for review and signature.
Included: heating, hot and cold water, wastewater, electricity and fast internet.
Not included: official rubbish bags (approx. CHF 2 per bag) and use of the washing machine or tumble dryer (CHF 2 per cycle).
One-off: final cleaning and, for stays under four months, a CHF 150 onboarding fee.
Refundable: security deposit.
Usage-based or official charges: rubbish bags, laundry, parking and, where applicable, tourist tax or Serafe.
The security deposit is refundable security, not an additional fee. We confirm the amount before the contract. It is returned after move-out, less any outstanding claims under the rental agreement.
A one-off CHF 150 onboarding fee applies only to tenancies shorter than four months.
St. Gallen: Students and project workers generally pay no tourist tax when staying for at least three weeks for study, training or work.
Appenzell: weekly residents and short-term residents on work assignments are generally exempt. Tell us the purpose of your stay and we will confirm the applicable rule.
Yes. You can register your residence and receive post in the on-site mailbox.
Parking spaces directly at our buildings are available for CHF 150 per month, subject to availability. Please enquire in advance.
Blue-zone parking is also available nearby, subject to local rules and time limits.
Yes. On request, our housekeeping team can usually clean the apartment and change bed linen and towels at cost. Price indication: CHF 35 per hour.
Please leave the apartment swept and reasonably clean, with all dishes washed. We arrange the final cleaning.
