Our St. Gallen apartments have good connections to the University of St. Gallen, the main railway station and the city centre. The apartments at Villa Magnolia, Tellstrasse 18, are around three minutes on foot from the station and ten minutes from HSG. Each listing shows its own walking and public-transport times.

Useful before you travel
Yes. Send us the apartment, dates and number of people through the enquiry form or by email. We confirm availability and send the relevant terms and short-term rental agreement for review.
The usual minimum stay is one month. Shorter stays may be possible depending on the apartment and circumstances and are subject to a surcharge.
Yes. Residence registration and receiving post in the on-site mailbox are possible.
Heating, hot and cold water, wastewater, electricity and fast internet are included. The apartment is furnished and equipped for everyday living.
The deposit is refundable security rather than an additional fee. We confirm the amount before the contract. It is returned after move-out, less any outstanding claims under the agreement.
Final cleaning applies, and stays under four months have a one-off CHF 150 onboarding fee. Rubbish bags, laundry, parking and any official charges are separate where applicable.
