Useful for planning an assignment
Yes. We offer apartments for individuals as well as larger furnished accommodation for groups. The relevant minimum and maximum number of occupants is shown on each listing.
The usual minimum stay is one month. Shorter stays may be possible depending on the apartment and circumstances and are subject to a surcharge.
Heating, hot and cold water, wastewater, electricity and fast internet are included. The apartments are furnished and equipped for everyday living.
We normally reply personally within eight hours. Availability is confirmed after reviewing the requested dates, apartment and number of occupants.
Extensions may be possible when the apartment remains available. Please ask as early as possible so that we can check the requested period.
Parking spaces at our buildings are available for CHF 150 per month, subject to availability. Blue-zone parking is also available in the surrounding area under local rules.
The refundable deposit amount is confirmed before the contract. We arrange the final cleaning, with an indicative charge of CHF 90–150 depending on the apartment.
